 Scope of product application: 

 Roller press   

The roller press uses two relatively rotating grinding rollers (one is a fixed roller and the other is a movable roller) with the same speed. The raw material enters from the upper feeding port and is crushed by high pressure in the gap between the two rollers.

 Jaw Crusher   

The jaw crusher is a motor-driven belt and pulley, and the movable jaw moves up and down through an eccentric shaft. When the movable jaw rises, the angle between the toggle plate and the movable jaw becomes larger, which pushes the movable jaw plate to approach the fixed jaw plate, and the material is crushed multiple times by squeezing, rubbing, and grinding between the two jaw plates. When the movable jaw descends, the angle between the toggle plate and the movable jaw becomes smaller. The movable jaw plate leaves the fixed jaw plate under the action of the pull rod and the spring, and the crushed material passes through the discharge port in the lower jaw cavity freely under the action of gravity.

Counterattack crusher

The counterattack crusher uses impact energy to crush materials. When the rotor rotates at a high speed, and the material enters the impact area of the blower, it hits and breaks with the blower on the rotor, and then is thrown to the counterattack device to be broken again, and then bounce back from the counterattack liner to the hammer action area to be broken again. The process is repeated, and the material enters the first, second, and third counterattack chambers from large to small, and is repeatedly crushed until the material is crushed to the required particle size and discharged from the discharge port.

Impact crusher

The impact crusher is a stone material that falls directly from the upper part of the machine into a high-speed rotating impeller rotor. Under the action of high-speed centrifugal force, it splits with another part of the target stone around the turntable in an umbrella manner to produce high-speed impact and high-density crushing. After the stones hit each other, they will form a vortex motion between the turntable and the casing, causing multiple hits, frictions, and smashes, and they will be discharged directly from the bottom. It forms a closed circuit for multiple cycles, and is controlled by the screening equipment to achieve the required particle size.

Linear vibrating screen

Linear vibrating screen is the use of two performance parameters of the same vibration motor or ordinary motor drive shaker for reverse self-synchronous rotation, so that the screen body along the excitation force direction for periodic reciprocating vibration, material on the screen surface along the linear direction for parabolic movement. After the material falls into the sieve from the input end, it rapidly advances, loosens, penetrates the sieve, and completes the sieving operation.

Coal mill

The vertical coal mill is used for the grinding of coal raw materials. The coal raw materials go down to the center of the grinding disc, and the coal raw materials are distributed and flattened out evenly by the centrifugal action of the grinding disc to form a material bed with a certain thickness. The crushing of a grinding roller is broken, and moves to the outer edge of the grinding disc, and enters the powder separator through the air ring as the gas rises for powder selection, and the particles that meet the requirements enter the dust collection equipment

Cement vertical mill

Cement vertical mill is used for the grinding of cement and other raw materials. The raw materials go down to the center of the grinding disc. The centrifugal force of the grinding disc rotates the raw materials to evenly distribute and spread the raw materials outward to form a material bed with a certain thickness. At the same time, the material is subjected to multiple grinding rollers on the grinding disc and smashed. The rolling compaction is broken, and moves to the outer edge of the grinding disc, and enters the powder separator through the air ring as the gas rises for powder selection, and the particles that meet the requirements enter the dust collection equipment.
